30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by the receipt or order confirmation
How to Return
- Email returns@kidscope.co.uk with your order number
- We send you a prepaid return label (UK only) within 24h
- Drop off the package at any Royal Mail location
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened personal items (teethers, dummies)
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48h with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 5-10 business days.
