What we collect
Order data (name, delivery address, contact details), account data, and website usage data (cookies). We never store your full card details.
How we use your data
- To process and deliver your orders
- To share your delivery details with our fulfilment partner, CJ Dropshipping, so your parcel can be shipped
- To send order updates and, with your consent, marketing emails
- To improve our website
Who we share with
Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal), our fulfilment partner CJ Dropshipping, and delivery carriers — only the data necessary to complete your order.
Data retention
Order records are kept for 6 years for UK tax purposes; marketing data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to marketing, by emailing fmtofanelli@gmail.com. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
