2. Products

All KidScope products are designed for children aged 0–8 and comply with EN71 and CE safety standards. Product images are for illustration; colours and packaging may vary slightly.

3. Orders and payment

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept payment via all major cards and PayPal through our secure checkout. Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our CJ Dropshipping UK warehouse (CJ Dropshipping UK, Unit 5, Corby International Trading Estate, Corby, NN17 1TT, United Kingdom). UK Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days (Express 1–2 business days); EU 5–7 business days; International 7–15 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt at our returns warehouse (CJ Dropshipping UK, Unit 5, Corby International Trading Estate, Corby, NN17 1TT, United Kingdom). 6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
