1. Agreement
By using kidscope-5.myshopify.com you agree to these terms. We sell children's products to adults (18+) in the UK and select international markets.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
- Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur
- Age recommendations are guidelines; parental discretion is advised
3. Safety Disclaimer
All KidScope products comply with UKCA / CE / EN71 standards where applicable. However, adult supervision is required for all children's products. KidScope is not liable for misuse of products.
4. Orders & Payment
Payment is processed via Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or abusive orders.
5. Shipping
UK: 2-5 business days. EU: 5-10 business days. International: 10-20 business days. Customs duties for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
6. Returns
30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by KidScope Ltd. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
8. Liability
KidScope's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
